Where I grew up it seemed like Rhubarb was a backyard staple and it always ended up being used the same ways at our house – pie and jam. Both were made with another springtime favorite, strawberries, which also seemed to be growing everywhere.
Today I enjoy trying new ways of preparing Rhubarb. You can find many great ideas on the web. Some of my favorites are rhubarb crumble in the crock pot, rhubarb and cinnamon muffins and Rhubarb Bars.
