Healthy and Flavorful Dip

Feta and Greek Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 11/4 cups nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbles 
  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 2 tbsps olive oil
  • 2 tbsps grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 2 tsps chopped garlic
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp cracked black pepper
  • Less than 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

Greek Layer Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ozs hummus (store bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 1 clove garlic (finely minced)
  • 1 tsp fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1 pinch kosher salt
  • ground black pepper (Freshly)
  • 2 tbsps purple onion (minced)
  • 1 cup english cucumber (about ½ large, ½-inch dice)
  • 1 cup roma tomatoes (seeded, ½-inch dice)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese crumbles 
  • 1/4 cup kalamata (sliced)
