We love us some produce. What I love about this chicken recipe is that I can steam up some broccoli and carrots, saute some mushrooms and green beans in garlic, chop up a quick Asian salad or toss all my odds and ends of vegeteables in the wok and make a quick stir fry. It may be in the main dish section, but this kind of recipe is actually a side in my book with the fresh vegetables of the season taking center stage. This week I am thinking I will go with the green beans/mushroom and also steam some beautiful baby rainbow carrots that are in all of our Variety Boxes. Enjoy!
